Packages for Triathlon and Running Coaching

Please get in touch for monthly running, cycling, triathlon and multisport coaching packages with prices.
Below are the different packages offered monthly. 

Package 1 - The Running Specialist

A personalised monthly program uploaded to TrainingPeaks. I will update and monitor your thresholds and zones, and together we will work towards your specific athletic goals as a runner, communicating primarily through TrainingPeaks. 

Package 2 - The Golden hand

A personalised monthly program uploaded onto TrainingPeaks. I will update and monitor your thresholds and zones. Together we will work towards your specific goals as a triathlete, and we will communicate with each other primarily through TrainingPeaks after your initial set-up.

Package 3 - The Rock Star

A personalised and in-depth monthly program uploaded onto TrainingPeaks. I will update and monitor your thresholds and zones regularly. Your schedule will be reviewed weekly and can be altered. Together we will work towards your specific goals as a runner, cyclist, triathlete, or multisport athlete. You will be free to communicate with me through TrainingPeaks and WhatsApp. You’ll also have the option of having a monthly one-on-one meeting.

Package 4 - The Full Monty

A personalised, in-depth, and editable monthly program uploaded onto TrainingPeaks. Your training sessions will be analysed daily, thresholds and zones will be updated regularly, your schedule will be reviewed weekly, and your program can be altered to your liking whenever necessary. Together we will work towards your specific goals as a runner, cyclist, triathlete, or multisport athlete. In addition, you’ll be free to communicate with each other through TrainingPeaks, WhatsApp, phone calls, and you’re able to have a weekly one-on-one meeting to ensure you’re heading in the right direction.

Life Coaching

Kate offers life coaching as an additional service for clients looking to get that little extra out of their training and racing. This is in the form of one-on-one sessions, either in person or over Zoom. It is best to meet fortnightly for six sessions to gain the most benefit.
